BlueOps selected to conduct annual monitoring of Baltimore City's One-Stop Operator

The Baltimore Workforce Development Board selected BlueOps, Inc. to perform annual compliance monitoring of the Mayor's Office of Employment Development in their role as One-Stop Operator for the Baltimore City Workforce Development System.

Monitoring will take place on site at each of Baltimore's comprehensive One-Stop Career Centers and will include interviews with customers and staff, review of WIOA Title I files, conversations with local WIOA partners and board members and observations of customer flow and interactions between team members and customers.
