stakeholder communication, testing, implementation, analyzing

outcomes and ongoing reevaluation and fine tuning efforts. We will also share our success stories of building inter-agency relationships through scenario-based and interactive training opportunities. Presenters will share the tools, forms and resources developed locally to facilitate warm customer hand-offs, referrals and exchange of information.
